1. Lumicon International warrants all products to be
free from defects in material and workmanship. In the
event of any malfunction or defect, we will repair it
or replace free of charge or refund the purchase price,
subject to the following terms:
2. Warranty coverage begins upon receipt of merchandise
by customer. Proof of purchase is required.
3. The warranty shall be invalid if the product is subject
to misuse or abuse, or if any repairs are attempted by
anyone other than an authorized repair representative
or repair centers of Lumicon International.
4. This warranty is granted only to the original buyer.
5. A defective component or product must be returned
to Lumicon International, freight and insurance charges
pre-paid by customer.
6. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and
you may also have other rights, which vary from state
to state.
7. Consequential and incidental damages as well as freight
damages are expressly excluded from the terms of this
warranty.
- All electronics and electrical products are warranted
for 90 days.
- All other Lumicon International products are warranted
for one year from date of purchase.
